Tricia Campbell, Managing Director and owner of Elliot Fletcher Limited a well-known and respected firm of Independent Financial Advisors based in Liverpool, is delighted to be celebrating 40 years as a pensions specialist this year. She and her business continue to go from strength to strength and Tricia has no plans to take a back seat; as normal, driving herself and her business from the front.
Tricia has earned the respect of her clients, colleagues and associates with her 40-year career in the financial sector, showing excellent promise right from the start and developing into a multi-award winning personality in the sector, receiving plaudits from experts within her industry and developing her business into leaders in their field.
To recognise her 40 years in Pensions, Tricia recently hosted a celebration at Gusto Restaurant in The Albert Dock, in the heart of Liverpool. Taking over the complete restaurant, a gathering of family, friends, colleagues, associates and clients enjoyed good food, wine, entertainment and were able to support and congratulate Tricia on her momentous milestone. True to form, Tricia also wanted to focus on others and during the event raised £1530 and has donated this sum towards Cancer Charities.
Tricia started her career by joining Royal Insurance in 1979 as a Pensions Administrator, dealing with all aspects of New Business processing, claims handling and specialised in plans documentation liaising with the PSO (Pension Schemes Office, the forerunner to the FSA).
Joining Norwich Union/Aviva PLC after 7 years at Royal Insurance, Tricia’s role as Pensions Administrator soon developed to become specialised in Personal and Group Pensions, joining the Sales Team, where her main training in pensions began. Quick to learn and develop, Tricia soon showed her true passion for pensions, winning Pensions Advisor of the Year and a trip to France to watch France play Brazil in the World Cup football. As a passionate football fan, this was the prize of a lifetime for Tricia who was quickly developing an excellent reputation in the industry.
Always keen to support, help others and give back to her industry, Tricia became Chairwoman for the Life Insurance Society and for many years was a Million Dollar Round Table Top of the Table member. This selfless approach to helping make a difference to local and not-so-local causes saw her visit Chicago, Las Vegas, New Orleans and many other places with other likeminded people.
In 1997 Tricia became an Independent Financial Advisor, creating her business Elliot Fletcher Ltd and continued specialising in both Individual Pensions and Group Pensions. Her extensive experience in pensions advice, pensions administration and employee benefit consulting saw Elliot Fletcher Ltd grow and become a leading business in the Financial Sector. Elliot Fletcher Ltd is still growing under Tricia’s guidance and she is grateful to Lindsey Owens and Mark Campbell for their stability and support in growing the business and to all the 11 members of her team who have all played their part in making Elliot Fletcher Ltd the successful business it is today.
