The core stay of any financial planning is to ensure that adequate protection strategies are in place to provide the necessary financial support in the event of premature death, long-term illness or disability or the diagnosis of a critical illness. People want to have the peace of mind in knowing that their loved ones will be provided for in the event of these things happening.

We can provide a detailed analysis on the level of lump sum and income benefits required, taking into account your existing provisions.

Elliot Fletcher works for individuals, as well as companies, and provides employee benefits. These types of contracts involve Group Life Insurance, Group Private Medical Insurance, Whole of Life, Term Assurance, Family Income Benefit, Critical Illness Cover and Income Protection.
Elliot Fletcher specialises in post and pre-retirement planning. Elliot Fletcher has a long track record in helping clients achieve their objectives in order to provide target funds for their retirement and an income that matches their expectations.

We identify all our clients’ individual requirements in order to provide a solution and strategy for them to work with and then monitor this an ongoing basis.
With the introduction of Stakeholder Pensions in April 2001, it is vital that any arrangements taken out prior to this date are reviewed as you may be paying excessive charges.
Elliot Fletcher believes that clients who have funds below £75,000 should have a Stakeholder Pension Plan.

Our business model is designed to ensure that we treat all customers fairly, follow the new Retail Distribution Review and ensure all our clients mutually benefit from our advice.
The review for our clients is that if they have funds between £75,000 and £150,000, we will use Personal Pensions to provide a wider diversification on investment range.

The final part of our overall planning is that we recommend a Self-Invested Personal Pension for clients with over £150,000 and depending on their attitude towards risk, look at outsourcing the Discretionary Management of these to specialised professional Managers.
In our experience, many people have a variety of different investments and we work on a personal basis to design a portfolio for clients in the most tax-efficient manner for their circumstances.

We ensure that we have a review process in place to benchmark any of the funds in which we have invested and continually review these to ensure the client is kept up to date on any changes in financial circumstances.
